Maybe you’ve used criticism most of your life to try to change who you are, or control your body, or make yourself “acceptable” in the eyes of society. Maybe you’ve tragically believed the lie that you have to be hard on yourself in order to become a better “version of yourself.” But you’ve found that shame and self-criticism only lead you into further pain…

The Truth is: Love can heal and transform your life in the ways you deeply long for. 

I can show you how how, because I’ve practiced the healing power of self-love in my own life and taught others how, too.

 

Before I began my journey to self-love, everything was off in my life. 

  • I had low self-worth and bad boundaries with men who didn’t see or value my heart or body.

  • I was intensely critical of my body trying to fit a physical standard that was impossible to reach.

  • I was filled with anger and triggered easily because I didn’t feel safe in my body or mind.

  • I was racking up debt and ignoring my financial reality. 

  • I was boundary-less with family and I let other people tell me how to live my life

  • I was projecting my pain upon my boyfriend (who eventually became my husband) trying to make him the problem rather than owning my pain and healing my patterns. 

  • I was plagued by a nagging feeling of worthlessness





Once I went through the sacred process of self-love, I began healing...

  • My marriage: I stopped projecting my feelings of being “less than” onto my partner and took responsibility for healing my wounds.

  • My emotions: I learned to truly be with myself without judgment or shame. Processing and integrating my big emotions rather than invalidating, stuffing or bypassing them.

  • My body: I stopped over-analyzing my body and started truly loving it

  • My career: I processed through my immense fear of being seen, and was able to truly show up in my business

  • My family relationships: I learned how to set boundaries and still have loving, kind relationships with my family 

  • My self-confidence: I learned to enjoy myself and being ME, meaning that I attracted friends more easily and yet needed them less for validation.





And I’ve seen this happen for my clients, too. 

I’ve seen clients grow in self-love and heal lifelong sisterhood wounds.

I’ve seen clients expand in self-love and finally feel worthy to go after their dreams.

I’ve witnessed women tap into self-love and walk away from toxic relationships.

And I’ve witnessed women increase their self-love and ATTRACT love into their lives!





Self-love can do all these things because self-love is deeper than self-care, bubble baths or affirmations you repeat in front of the mirro.

Self-love is about reverence, dignity, confidence and worthiness. Self-love is about offering yourself the same support, care and freedom you want for those you love.

Why Self Love?

Because, the truth is, most of us walk around asleep to ourselves. Perpetuating toxic, hidden patterns of trauma and subconscious programming without even realizing it.

Love wakes us up.

Love is the gentle invitation back to ourselves and into a portal of healing and awakening.

Week-by-week breakdown of what you’ll learn in the program:

WEEK 1: COMPASSION

We’ll practice forgiving any part of you that you still haven’t accepted or loved. Any past mistakes or hurts that you caused yourself. You’ll learn the tools of self-forgiveness so you can stop blaming yourself and start setting yourself free.

WEEK 2: AFFECTION

You’ll learn how to send tenderness and love to yourself (especially your inner child) and open up to create a container of safety within yourself—mind, body and spirit. When you feel tenderness and care for yourself, you can see and meet your own needs and hold space for any hurt, pain or desires that may have gone ignored for years. 

 

WEEK 3: REVERENCE

This is a turning point week. This week is about unraveling the old stories that have held you in a false narrative. You’ll shed the labels that were foist upon you without consent, you’ll learn how to respect yourself through the practice of setting boundaries. And, we’ll ask, “what have you been tolerating that no longer works for you?” You stop looking outside yourself for affirmation of who you are or what you need and begin to turn inward for your truth.

WEEK 4: VALIDATION

Self-Validation is about telling the truth about who you are, what you feel and what you believe. When you validate your lived experiences and your emotions, you unlock your self-expression. You learn to differentiate yourself with enthusiasm and affection, rather than trying to fit in or blend in, you joyfully stand in your uniqueness. You know what makes you different and you OWN IT.

 

WEEK 6: SOVEREIGNTY

This week, you’ll learn the practice of self-sovereignty. You’ll identify any areas that you’ve been blaming others and you’ll decide how you can step back into your power in that area of your life. Sovereignty is taking full responsibility for your life. When you start living in sovereignty, you know your boundaries, and you recognize your own authority in creating the life and relationships you desire and you step into your own growth and healing.

WEEK 5: TRUST

Self-Trust is about learning to trust your desires, your voice and your truth. This week you’ll learn to make intuitive decisions. You’ll learn to locate your intuition in your body and start trusting your intuition so you can pave your own path and stop following the opinions of others. You’ll learn how to make empowered, individualized decisions that move your life in the direction you desire.


 

WEEK 7: RADIANCE

The final step in embodied self-love is radiance. The more you embody self love, the more you radiate your worth without fear of being seen or “too much.” When you embody radiance, you walk into a room and feel worthy of being there. You radiate the love that you feel within and you share this love with others—it’s contagious. This radiance you embody helps you magnetize relationships and blessings in your life! And most importantly, you can look at yourself and truly say, “I love you so much.”

Will this really change my life?

These are just a few examples of the kind of healing you can experience when you do the work of sacred self-love:

  • Feeling more joyful on a daily basis, free from the anxiety of constantly criticizing or fixing yourself

  • Releasing comparison that has kept you feeling “less than” and stuck

  • Radically change your inner dialogue from self-criticism to loving-kindness

  • Learning healthy emotional processing, so you don’t bypass or shut down emotions, but actually move them through your body in a gentle and honoring way

  • Better sex and intimacy because you welcome and feel safe receiving pleasure

  • Respecting yourself, no longer tolerating what doesn’t work for you and building up the courage and boundaries to say so

  • Asking for what you need, taking up space, standing up for yourself, using your voice

  • Celebrating what is truly amazing about you (even if you don’t see it yet)

  • Trusting yourself, knowing your intuition and following it towards what it right for you

  • Building deep friendships where you are safe to be yourself

  • Making better, faster decisions and not staying stuck in limbo around big life decisions

  • Trusting your own inner knowing more than relying on the opinions of others

  • Taking radical responsibility for your life and knowing what to do with it

  • Pursuing the career, passion or relationship you’ve really wanted, finally!

  • Living fully expressed—not holding back or making yourself small, but joyfully being YOU

  • Finding acceptance within yourself so you magnetize people who see your worth, too

  • Looking in the mirror and saying, “I love who I see in the reflection”

Why Learn from Me:

From being the girl who always struggled with self-worth to finally finding freedom from my inner mean girl, my purpose is to lead clients to deep acceptance, clarity and self-love.

I teach women to change their inner dialogue, to accept and celebrate themselves, and to stop their daily suffering so they can begin living a life of peace, joy, courage and self-love.

Because a shiny Stanford degree, a fancy job title and a wedding ring by 24 weren’t enough to create true deep contentment about my life. Only self-love could do that for me.

Once I realized I was my own worst critic, I knew there had to be another way to live…with more love, peace, and joy; and less doubt, confusion and suffering.

From here, I went on a long spiritual journey diving into therapy, coaching, yoga, meditation, psychology, spiritual transformation and inner healing. My goal was to heal my relationship to my self.

I soon became the youngest-ever certified Gallup Strengths Coach and went on to helped thousands of college students know their own worth, strengths and potential. I knew that others were suffering the way I had for so many years and I wanted to help people know “There is nothing wrong with you.”

Today, I coach women all over the world to know their worth, love themselves and accept themselves exactly as they are.

I believe acceptance is the way. Self-love is the path to freedom.
